WHO WE ARE

Since the 1950s, Bridgetown Christ of Church has existed to serve the community and members in the Evangelistic spirit. We believe the church is God’s instrument to reflect His love and message of hope through the gospel.

Our church family maintains its longstanding relationship with the community and continues to open its doors to all those who seek to embrace unity in Christ through worship and prayer.

We meet on Sundays for communion, worship and sharing in the teaching of the Bible. We also offer activities and resources to support and empower our members - ranging from youth to families and the elderly – in the service of Jesus Christ through growth, belonging and friendship.

As each member uses their gifts to serve others, the church grows. We invite you to join us - whether you are just visiting, or have lived here for years, everyone is welcome.

Bridgetown Church of Christ is a member of the Churches of Christ in Western Australia, a network of 60 local churches fostering Christian witness in the community.

OUR PURPOSE

We believe that as a community of Christ we are called to be faithful, loving and worshiping, and together we live by the Spirit to:

  • Encounter God,

  • Embody Christ, and

  • Engage our world with the hope we have in Him.

Our church aims to bring together living witnesses of Christ - no matter how young or old – to support them spiritually, and empower each one into effective service for God.

OUR VISION

To be a light to the community of Bridgetown, filling it and the world with the love of God

To present a refreshing vision of the Lord Jesus Christ by the way we live together

To inspire all people to hear Him. know Him and love Him
